Among the key products within the Kelios Group portfolio are wheels and rims for earthmoving and construction machinery, manufactured by our wholly-owned production subsidiary based in Dalian, northern China — one of the country's foremost industrial hubs.
The manufacturing complex spans 28 000 square meters, comprising 8 600 square meters of workshop space and a 3 000-square-meter office building. The production division traces its origins to 1998, with its proprietary brand established in 2024.
The registered capital of the manufacturing entity stands at RMB 99.99 million (approx. USD 15.15 million), with total investment reaching RMB 150 million (approx. USD 22.73 million). Over more than 25 years of continuous development, the facility has built a solid reputation as a supplier of products engineered to perform under the world's most demanding operating conditions.
Premium steel only
All standard rims are manufactured exclusively from premium-grade HSLA and carbon structural steel sourced from reputable steel mills, with material grades selected in accordance with the intended operating environment.
Ongoing refinement of the heat treatment process ensures optimal grain structure and consistently high mechanical performance of the finished product. Manufacturing capabilities cover wheel and rim diameters ranging from 25 to 63 inches.

Throughout this period, the quality management system has been subject to independent third-party oversight, with successive certifications achieved across all three versions of the international standard.
Every part stamped, every weld scanned
Every component undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection using dedicated jigs and go/no-go gauges. All welds are subjected to Grade II ultrasonic testing in full compliance with international standards.
Comprehensive quality assurance documentation is provided to each client, and individual part numbers are stamped onto every component to ensure complete traceability throughout the supply chain.
All wheel and rim designs are validated through strain gauge testing and finite element analysis (FEA), enabling optimal steel distribution and the elimination of unnecessary weight. This translates directly into lower operating costs for end users — reduced fuel consumption and extended service life of suspension systems, brakes, and tires.

6 & 7-piece speedy assemblies
To minimize tire change downtime, 6-piece and 7-piece speedy wheel assemblies have been developed, allowing inner and outer tires to be replaced without removing the rim base.
The full product catalogue includes back sections, gutter sections, bead seat bands, center bands, side rings and flanges, lock rings, spacer bands, adaptors, mounting discs, and fully assembled wheels and rims. All manufacturing processes are aligned with internationally advanced standards, developed in close cooperation with global clients and partners.
