See the full line that turns certified billet into a proof-tested, serialized wheel. We arrange the itinerary, the translation, and the logistics.

Watch billet become a seamless ring-rolled rim base under the press — the step that decides fatigue life.

Our field engineers come to your operation to audit wheels, train crews, and review fitment — wherever your trucks run.

Fleet wheel audit
An engineer inspects your multi-piece assemblies in the pit, measures wear, and flags rotations before a failure stops a truck.

Assembly & safety training
Hands-on training for your fitters on lock-ring seating, inflation procedure, and safe multi-piece service.

Fitment review
We confirm every wheel on the fleet is correctly specified for its chassis and per-wheel load.

Failure analysis
When a wheel fails, we strip it on site, find the root cause, and feed it back into the next spec.
03 · HOW TO ARRANGE

One message, one business day

Tell us which way you want to visit — the factory or your pit — your location, dates, and fleet, and a Kelios field engineer will respond within one business day to build the itinerary.

Factory tours run from our Dalian headquarters; pit visits are routed through the nearest of our six regional bases — Antofagasta, Perth, Johannesburg, Almaty, Belo Horizonte, or Dalian.
