01 · WHAT’S COVERED

Defects, in full

If the wheel failed because of how we made it, it is our responsibility — and the records that ship with every part are how we prove it either way.

Material defects

Porosity, inclusions, or sub-spec chemistry in the forged steel — traced to the heat lot and replaced.

Manufacturing defects

Weld defects, dimensional errors, or finishing faults attributable to our process, confirmed by the UT and CMM records that ship with the part.

Premature fatigue failure

A wheel that fatigue-cracks within its rated duty cycle, below its rated load, is on us — that is what the 1.4× proof test underwrites.

02 · WHAT’S NOT COVERED

Wear and misuse

A warranty covers defects, not the duty cycle. These are the exclusions — the line between a manufacturing fault and operational damage.

Overload & misapplication

Running a wheel above its rated per-wheel load, or fitting it to a chassis it was not specified for.

Improper assembly

Incorrect lock-ring seating, mixing components across fitments, or inflation outside procedure.

Impact & operational damage

Gouges, cuts, and bends from rock strikes, berms, or collisions — wear, not a defect.

Unauthorized repair

Welding, machining, or modifying a rim outside Kelios-approved procedure voids cover on that component.

03 · HOW TO CLAIM

Four steps, serial-first

Because every component is serialized and traceable, a claim is a fast, evidence-based process — not an argument.

Log the serial

Every component is laser-etched with a serial that ties it to its heat lot, weld log, and proof-test certificate. Quote it.

Send photos & context

Email the serial, photos of the failure, and the operating context to kelios.office@gmail.com.

Field assessment

A field engineer reviews — and visits the pit if needed — to confirm root cause against the records.

Replace & analyze

A confirmed defect is replaced, and the failure feeds back into the next design revision.

04 · THE PRINCIPLE

Our risk, aligned with your uptime

Warranting a wheel for the life of the chassis is not generosity — it is a statement of confidence. We forge instead of cast so the fatigue life is real, we proof-test every unit to 1.4× its rated load so we know the individual component carries the load, and we serialize every part so any claim is settled against a record rather than a memory.

That alignment is the point: a manufacturer confident enough to carry the risk for the life of the chassis has every incentive to build a wheel that never needs the warranty in the first place.
