AEROSPACE-GRADE FORGING
Discs are forged on the same 24 000 t press lines that feed commercial aviation. Same supplier base, same heat-lot certifications, same metallurgy — engineered for an environment where failure is not survivable.
The wheel disc that bolts to the hub and carries the full payload through the wheel-end — the single most-loaded component in the entire assembly. Aerospace-grade forging, ultrasonic + CT inspected, and individually traceable to its heat lot via laser-etched QR.

3 OEM-matched variants in production. Custom sizes engineered on request — typical lead time 14 weeks.
The five process disciplines that separate a Kelios rim from a commodity wheel.

The disc face is machined flat within ±0.02 mm across the full bolt circle. Bolt-tension distribution at the wheel-end is uniform — the single most overlooked cause of premature stud fatigue in haul fleets.
Every disc is X-ray CT-scanned for internal porosity greater than 50 µm. Forging defects that pass standard UT can fail CT scanning — we use both, and reject any unit that fails either.
Heat lot, forge run, and serial number are laser-etched into a non-load-bearing edge and linked to a QR code. Pull the QR from your phone and the full birth-cert PDF loads — for the life of the wheel.
Spoke patterns engineered to match Komatsu, Caterpillar, Belaz, Hitachi, and Liebherr OEM specifications. No re-drilling, no spacer plates, no aftermarket compromises at the hub.
24 000 t press; same alloy supply chain as commercial aviation.
