Who we are
Kelios LLP ("Kelios", "we", "us") supplies OTR rims and multi-piece wheel components. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Kelios is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to you and fulfil orders:
- Identification & contact data you provide — name, company, country, email, phone — for example through the "Request a quote" form or by messaging us.
- Commercial data — your operation type, fleet size, and the products or fitments you ask about.
- Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process your data to: respond to enquiries and prepare quotations (performance of a contract or steps prior to one); operate, secure, and improve the website (our legitimate interests); and comply with legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and communications tools), bound by confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires. As an international group, your data may be processed in countries outside your own; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.
