Design and validate OTR rim assemblies under 1.4× rated load before tooling is cut.

Proficiency with SolidWorks Simulation or equivalent FEA
Experience with forged / ring-rolled steel components
Knowledge of ISO 4250-3, AS 4457, or GB/T 2883 a plus

Own the submerged-arc welding process and the 100% UT inspection regime.

WPS / PQR authoring and qualification experience
