Every rim base is forged from a single seamless ring-rolled blank at full security-verified forging height. No welded seams in the load path, no plate-rolled substitutes, no compromise on forging height to chase margin.
Forged from high-strength low-alloy steel certified to BS / ISO 4250-3, AS 4457.1, and GB/T 2883. Every base is normalized then run through an in-house electric-furnace stress relief — no exceptions.
Bolt-circle pattern is drilled and reamed to ±0.02 mm against OEM CAD master — not measured, but verified at finish. Misalignment at the hub is the silent killer of haul-truck wheel ends; we engineer it out.
Hardcoat anodized at 50 µm minimum then sealed for 2 000 h salt-spray resistance. Surface stays passive even after 5 years of acidic pit chemistry contact.
Every rim base is ultrasonic flaw-detected before machining. Heat lot, scan trace, and operator signature ship as a PDF cert with the unit.
