A rim is only as good as the support behind it. Kelios field engineers operate from six regional bases on the world’s major mining frontiers — close enough to your pit to inspect a wheel, train a crew, and dispatch a part fast.

02 · WHAT WE DO ON SITE

Support that shows up

The service network is not a phone number. It is engineers who come to the pit, get on the wheel, and stay until the fleet is rolling.

01
On-site inspection
Field engineers visit the pit to inspect multi-piece assemblies, measure wear, and schedule rotations before a failure stops a truck.
02
Assembly & safety training
Hands-on training for your fitters on correct lock-ring seating, inflation procedure, and the service practice that keeps multi-piece wheels safe.
03
Rapid parts dispatch
Regional stock and air-freight options get a rim base, lock ring, or band to a stopped truck in the shortest route available.
04
Failure analysis
When a wheel fails — ours or anyone’s — we strip it, find the root cause, and feed the finding back into the next spec.
