WHEEL-END ANATOMY

The complete CATERPILLAR 775 wheel-end is a five-piece assembly. Every Kelios rim ships as a matched set — rim base, lock ring, side rings, and bead seat band — with the OEM-supplied hub remaining factory original.

Every Kelios rim design is validated under 1.4× rated load in a Von Mises FEA solver before tooling is cut. The K-R-CAT775 was meshed at refined element size with concentration at the lock-ring seat and bead radii — the two locations where field failures historically initiate.
