WHEEL-END ANATOMY

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS
Every Kelios rim design is validated under 1.4× rated load in a Von Mises FEA solver before tooling is cut. The K-D-CAT777 was meshed at refined element size with concentration at the lock-ring seat and bead radii — the two locations where field failures historically initiate.
